Under the rights granted in Section 13 of this Agreement, we will provide the requested information within one month of receiving your request. Where requests are complex or numerous, this period may be extended by up to two additional months. We will notify you of any such extension, and the reason for it, within one month of receiving your request.

13.11 Subject to the provisions of Section 13, information requested under your Section 13 rights will be provided free of charge. If a request is unreasonable or excessive — particularly where repeated — we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative cost of providing the information or confirming the action taken. We may also decline to act on the request.

If we have reasonable doubt about the identity of the person submitting a request, we may ask them to provide satisfactory proof of identity before the request is processed.
